Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

- Discounts:

An active support discount applies for trainees that are using an ESI product covered by a then active product support agreement

An early bird discount applies for trainees that signs up for a training session at least twenty (20) business days prior to the first day of the training session

A multiple trainee discount applies when a company sends more than one trainee to a scheduled training session

A multiple course discount applies when a trainee opts to do more than one course during one or two scheduled training sessions throughout the year

- Payment terms:

Full payment must be received at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the training session.

Payment includes course materials, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments.

- Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation received fifteen (15) or more business days prior to the first day of the session will receive a full refund

Any cancellation received ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the session will receive a 50% refund

Any cancellation received five (5) business days prior to the first day of the session will receive a 25% refund

Any cancellation received less than five (5) business days prior to the first day of the session will not be entitled to a refund
